HOW TO ORDER

Most of our customers request a quote from us, indicating what items they’re considering purchasing. Our proposals include the cost of the products as well as the cost to build and pack the crate for each order and the cost to ship it. We will honor the price of our merchandise for 90 days after the provision of the quote, but because of the volatility of fuel and other shipping costs, we can only guarantee a shipping quote for 30 days. We are always happy to provide a new quote.

We invoice when an order ships and request payment within 30 days. We prefer to accept payment via check. We also accept payment by ACH.

We maintain a stock of spare parts (Donkey and Stack feet, afterthought casters for Slopes) and are happy to send those via UPS (your account or ours).

Products with moving parts (easels and taborets) are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years after the date of delivery. Tables and donkeys are guaranteed for five years. But please contact us if you experience any issues with Barnesville equipment—we have easels still in use after 20+ years, and we aim to keep them that way.

The Barnesville Stak Easel™ was designed for multi-use studios. Weighing only 18 pounds, it’s easy for even small students to stack to reconfigure your space

What's the big deal with two posts?

Many easels support work on only a single post. They may have three posts, but the locking unit, the principal point of support, is on the center post.

Both the Barnesville Slope and Stak Easels™ are true two-post easels, providing stable support at two points

The Stak Easel™ uses a pair of clips to secure stretchers to the easel. Adjusting individually means they readily accommodate asymmetrical canvases.

The tensioning knob on the support ledge of the Slope Easel is centered, but it tightens the interior steel bar against both outside posts for maximum stability. We think this simple design choice results in the sturdiest, most dependable easels available—our two-post easels can reliably support the largest and heaviest artwork.
